The Sustainability Committee, in collaboration with Poseidon International, One Earth - One Ocean (Oeoo), and Holcim, is pleased to announce its upcoming July meeting focused on Marine Conservation and Pollution Reduction. This event will provide attendees with an exclusive opportunity to visit The Circular Explorer, a pioneering 100% solar-powered recycling catamaran actively removing marine plastic waste from Manila Bay.
The Circular Explorer On-Board Show and Tell
The event will commence with a guided tour of The Circular Explorer. Attendees will be divided into two batches, with each group consisting of 10-15 participants. The on-board "show and tell" will last between 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, key representatives from One Earth - One Ocean, Holcim, and the local government will explain:

To accelerate its impact, the Circular Explorer is building awareness through educational activities to empower next-generation changemakers in the local communities and pushing the boundaries of marine science to explore new solutions with leading marine institutes.

Eligibility Requirements: Attendees should hold a leadership role with responsibilities in sustainability or have a strong interest in sustainability topics.
