NordCham Philippines, together with the Danish Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong is co-hosting this event with Innovisor Founder and CEO Jeppe Vilstrup Hansgaard, to share his insights of navigating and understanding the organisation dynamic at an upcoming webinar.

Every organization has its formal organization chart, but far from all leaders understand the outline and impact of its 'real' organization. Especially when implementing a major change project, it is pivotal for any CEO and management team to understand the real influencers to make sure that the changes are successful. The right 3% of employees shape the perceptions of up to 90% of their colleagues. And if the influential energizing colleague resigns, the probability of other people resigning increases by 500%. Hence, companies must understand their informal organization.

The Danish company Innovisor has for 10+ years worked with clients around the world to map their informal organization to help identify the key influencers – wherever these people might be placed in the formal org chart. Mr. Jeppe Vilstrup Hansgaard will in his presentation 'Making the invisible actionable' discuss why and how to engage the right people in the right tasks to achieve your goals. The format will be an approximately 35-minute presentation followed by a 10 min Q&A session.
