The Sustainability Committee Meeting in June will focus on the topic of Fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

In celebration of Pride Month, this meeting aims to provide valuable insights on how companies can effectively implement DEI initiatives within their internal structures. The focus will be on creating inclusive and equitable environments for the LGBTQ community and other marginalized groups such as women, persons with disabilities, and multicultural/multilingual individuals. Learn strategies for successful DEI implementation, including setting timelines and processes, developing policies and guidelines, conducting relevant training sessions, and overcoming challenges to establish supportive and respectful workplaces. Discover the importance of allyship and practical approaches for fostering inclusivity and social responsibility within companies.

The meeting will feature presentations from Lot Servidad, DEI Lead at CGI Philippines, and Ian Jay Fegalan, Board of Trustee at Philippine Financial Inter-Pride.

The meeting will take place on 26 June 2024 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at CGI Philippines located in McKinley Hills, Taguig.
