The Sustainability Committee Meeting in November will focus on Net Positive for ESG.
With international attention to corporate sustainability at an all-time high, companies across a range of industries are finding innovative ways to develop and enhance their ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) performance. The rapid evolution in this market is expressed through the continual release of new and updated standards, guidelines for implementation and monitoring of corporate sustainability performance, meaning it is important companies stay engaged and up to date. Topics covered in this event will include the current development and discussion for ESG disclosure, carbon management, nature/biodiversity net gain, and the DEI (diversity, equality, inclusion), etc. Discussion will bring participants up to date on the status and outlook for sustainability trends and standards for businesses in the Philippines and internationally.
Wen Huang brings over 8 years of consulting experience in corporate sustainability and renewable energy. Over the course of his career, Wen has provided a wide range ESG related services and expertise to international and domestic companies in the Taiwanese market. He has also played a critical role in supporting Taiwan's offshore wind development in the areas of project planning, execution, and market analysis. Wen will share his experience in and lessons learned for companies looking to achieve their ESG goals.
