GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING NOMINATIONS

1. Eligibility:

Businesses may nominate themselves or be nominated by others.
Each business can be nominated for multiple awards but can win only one award per year.
Previous year's winners are not eligible to win in the same category the following year.
Nominees must have a Nordic affiliation through ownership, partnership, or membership with NordCham Philippines.

2. Submission Criteria:

Summary of Entry: Provide a concise summary (150-250 words) explaining why the nominee deserves the award.
Detailed Descriptions: Address each criterion specific to the award category (400-500 words per criterion).
Timeframe: Only accomplishments from the calendar year 2024 will be considered for the awards.
Location: Projects must have been completed in the Philippines.

3. Additional Submission Requirements:

Tracking and Data Reporting Examples: Upload relevant files.
Key Fact/Stat Summarizing the Entry: Upload relevant files.

5. Submission Process:

Complete the nomination form for the relevant award category.
Upload all required documents and supporting materials.
Submit the completed nomination form and documents by the deadline.

6. Confidentiality:

All submissions and deliberations will remain confidential until the winners are announced.

7. Transparency:

The scoring process will be communicated to nominees to ensure they understand how they are being evaluated.

SCORING

Scoring Scale: Judges will rate each criterion using a numerical scale (e.g., 1-10 or 1-5).

Criteria Weighting: Each criterion has an assigned weight to reflect its importance.

Score Calculation: The score for each criterion is multiplied by its assigned weight, and the weighted scores are summed to determine the total score for each nominee.

Normalization: To ensure consistency, total scores will be normalized by dividing the nominee's total score by the maximum possible score and multiplying by 100 to get a percentage.

Cancellation Policy: No-shows and cancellations made within 3 working days of the event will be charged the full fee. For paid registrations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 working days of the event.

Multiple Tickets: If you're buying tickets for others, please provide their complete names and any other necessary details during the registration process. This ensures a smooth check-in for everyone.

Bank Transfer Payment: You'll receive an invoice from the NordCham Accounting team (accounting@nordcham.com.ph). To secure your spot, make sure to pay before the event.

After making your payment, send a copy of the deposit slip to accounting@nordcham.com.ph for verification. Once verified, you'll receive an official receipt.; Member Price ₱5,000; Standard Price ₱6,000
