Join the French Chamber of Commerce Industry in the Philippines,Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, and Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, to our upcoming Energy and Renewable Energy Networking Dinner scheduled on April 2, 2025, from 6:00 PM onwards, at Society Lounge in Makati City.
During this networking event, each participating company will have the opportunity to present their organization and innovative initiatives in the energy and renewable energy sectors. In addition, BDO will present its tailored financing solutions specifically designed to support projects in these vital areas. This engaging evening dedicated to networking is exclusively for the chamber members.
The registration fee is PHP 2,000 net, which includes buffet dinner, pass-arounds, and drinks. Your participation is vital to the success of this event, and we genuinely look forward to an evening of insightful discussions and valuable connections.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
- Slide Submission: Each participating company is allowed to submit 1 slide in .pptx format. The presentation should not exceed 3-5 minutes per company
- Slide Content Requirements: Please ensure your slide includes the following information:
- Company Name and Logo: Clearly display your company name and official logo.
- Short Description: Provide a brief overview of your company and its energy or renewable energy solutions.
- Current Projects (if any): Highlight any ongoing or recently completed projects in the energy and renewable energy sectors.
- Contact Details: Include the name, position, email address, and phone number of the main company representative for follow-ups and inquiries.
- Submission Deadline: Kindly send the presentation to Maan Yu maan.yu@nordcham.com.ph no later than 28 March 2025 at 3:00 PM.
- Presentation Flow: The presentation sequence will be finalized and shared with all participating companies by EOD on 1 April 2025. Each company will be informed of their designated presentation order in advance.

Cancellation Policy: No-shows and cancellations made within 3 working days of the event will be charged the full fee. For paid registrations, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 working days of the event.
