COVID-19 has reshaped our way of living. It has taken away the luxury of time across consumer, merchant, and government ecosystems. There is now a sense of immediacy to accelerate all digitization efforts to go cash-lite because we saw how those who adopted early on were able to pivot quickly and continue with their day-to-day operations.
