NIRAS Asia Manila, in collaboration with the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC), HSBC, the British Embassy, the Danish Embassy, and the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, is pleased to announce the 3rd Philippines Wind Energy Forum, taking place on May 28–29, 2025, at Dusit Thani, Makati City, Philippines.

Building on the momentum of previous forums and considering the Philippines' increasing commitment to renewable energy, this two-day event aims to deepen the strategic dialogue and foster multi-stakeholder collaboration essential to advancing the country's offshore wind (OSW) sector. As the Philippines prepares for upcoming OSW auctions and ramps up its clean energy ambitions, the forum will serve as a timely platform for sharing insights, aligning interests, and promoting coordinated action across sectors.

The forum will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders including public and private sectors, offshore wind developers, financial institutions, investors, development organizations, and industry associations to exchange knowledge and explore innovative, actionable solutions for the sustainable development of the country's OSW resources.
