With the current situation, we all have to deal with a lot of uncertainties and a new way of working and doing business.

At NordCham we are committed to help our members in any way possible and this event is dedicated for sharing perspectives related to participants current concerns and challenges.

Based on experience from other organizations, you can expect to get inputs on

• how to keep motivation and engagement high

• how to maintain productivity

• how to provide clarity to your teams and coworkers

• recommended tools to help on above

Our new Executive Director will facilitate this event and ensure all participants will get a chance to get inputs to their specific challenges.

We limit the participation to 50 persons - based on a first come, first serve principle – so sign up ASAP.

As a participant you will get a catalogue of ideas as part of a summary.

The event will be done based on Chatham house rules, meaning a confidential setting. Any media coverage will be requested to get approval before using any information obtained during the event.
