With the current situation, we all have to deal with a lot of uncertainties and a new way of working and doing business.

At NordCham, we continue our commitment to provide our members with a platform for discussing current concerns and challenges.

Following the good response from our first perspectives sharing webinar, we have decided to conduct this particular online event format on a weekly basis, each time with a specific theme for discussion. This will give participants an opportunity to introduce themselves, their business and to get advice from other participants on specific business challenges.

The theme for this session will be Ensuring Productivity with focus on:

• Upskilling of remote workers
• Ensuring deliverables are met while considering the well-being of team members
• Hiring process considering the present situation

Our new Executive Director will facilitate this event and ensure all participants will get a chance to share their views on the topics.

We limit the participation to 50 persons - based on a first come, first serve principle – so sign up ASAP. As a participant you will get a summary of the discussions after the session.

The event will be done based on Chatham house rules, meaning a confidential setting. Any media coverage will be requested to get approval before using any information obtained during the event.
