The 2030 Development Agenda has re-framed the concept of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility in a way that enables these to touch the lives of many. The scope and ambition of the agenda creates a tremendous opportunity for the private sector to showcase its central role in sustainable development and to serve as an essential actor to bridging the gap between the finance and technical capacity necessary to meet the challenges of achieving the SDGs, particularly in the communities they serve.
With this in mind, companies will be able to do more by partnering with local development stakeholders, like ASSIST, who have an extended network who are experts in the development landscape to achieve sustainable development goals. As a development organization with over 15 years of experience in innovative capacity-building pan-Asia's development sector, ASSIST is committed to partnering with the private sector companies in co-creating projects with measurable, scalable, and sustainable impact in the Philippines.
