JOIN THE BIGGEST CRAYFISH PARTY IN ASIA!

NordCham Philippines, in partnership with Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel and the Philippine Norway Business Council, is hosting the annual Crayfish Party Manila at the Sofitel Harbor Garden Tent on September 14, 2019.

With more than 1000 people participating, the event is the largest crayfish party in Asia, and a major charity event, having raised PHP 1.4 million for the benefit of the Chosen Children Village over the last four years. The uniqueness of the experience has made the party an attraction not only to the Nordic community and members of NordCham, but also to high profile guests, celebrities, and personalities, media, a variety of expatriates residing in Manila, as well as the local Filipino community.

Crayfish Party Manila - celebrated in Viking style - is a showcase of Nordic culture which includes a wide selection of traditional Nordic cuisine, free flowing beer and wine, snaps, and of course, plenty of crayfish. Festivities around the season for eating "Crayfish" a fresh water lobster, is a Nordic tradition dating centuries back in time. An interesting twist in this year's party, is a buffet station that will also feature favorite Filipino dishes. The iconic Spiral and its seasoned culinary artisans will masterfully take charge of creating this gastronomic experience.

From the traditional Nordic summertime feast, Crayfish Party Manila has also become a fundraising landmark for the Chosen Children Village Foundation - home for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered children who are mentally, physically, and severely challenged.
