Learn the Critical Skills for the Future

The world-famous think tank World Economic Forum in Switzerland regularly asks HR directors and managers across the globe which skills will be the most important tomorrow.

In their latest Top 10 skills 2025 WEF mentions for instance critical thinking, complex problem solving, and innovation.

The Top 10 skills will be crucial for employees as well as for companies. Unless employees master these skills, they will find it harder to be employed. And companies will easier be outcompeted if they don't embrace and improve the critical skills in their organization.

WEF lists and briefly defines the skills, but they don't explain them deeper โ€“ or tell you how to become better at mastering the critical skills. However, if you attend NordCham's workshop on 25 October you will get the chance to both better understand and master the skills.

NordCham has invited Asger Daugbjerg to come and discuss the Top 10 list. Asger has already done a number of workshops presenting the Top 10 Skills for the Future based on WEF's list. He has done so in Singapore, his home country as well as across Asia and in Europe.

So, sign up for this 1-hour presentation, followed by a 30 min open Q&A and discussion.
