Deliver Human Resource requirements using MS Excel (2010-365 versions). This webinar is designed to present a sample of instructor-led exercises that conform to generally accept standard data structures of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using MS Excel as the mode of development.


The data visualization reports for HRIS include: Employee Master, Training, Dependents, On-Boarded and Off-Boarded Employees, Leaves, Tardiness Absences, Assigned Supervisors, Prior Work Experiences, Compensation Summary, Recruitment Data, Time and Attendance.


Microsoft Excel provides the following salient features: tabular data using format as table, dynamic naming for formula creation, advanced features (Xlookup, filter, Xmatch, Vlookup, Lookup, Index-Match, and Hlookup), connecting to web-based data sources, creating navigable and hyperlinked menus, geographical maps, and auto-data consolidation capability.
