Michael McCullough is the Managing Director of KMC. He comes from a strong commercial real estate background, taking on a key role in all brokerage transactions. He also has been instrumental in the growth of the company leading a team of over 170 professionals across a range of services.

Michael is also known as an industry icon and a thought leader often quoted by local and international media outlets for his vital commentary on the many aspects of real estate. He is an active board member of nearly a half dozen companies.

As a testament to his skills, he was awarded the Young Leader of the Year Award by the Asia CEO Award Philippines in 2014.

Fred Rara is KMC’s Research Senior Manager. He is one of the main professionals involved in building and streamlining the company’s research capabilities.

In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Fred provides clients with market insights and helps them in the process of making sound investments in the Philippines. He does this by heading consultancy projects and publishes market reports that help clients understand the current dynamics and trends of the market.

Fred has more than seven years of work experience in the Philippine real estate industry. Before joining KMC, Fred worked for Ayala Land as a project development associate and for First Metro Securities as a property analyst, covering listed real estate companies. Fred holds a BS in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman and was also a Dean’s Medalist.
