Celebrate the enchanting Midsummer Feast with us! Experience the Nordic traditions and the beauty of the summer solstice in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Join us on June 24th, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Atrium at Enderun, 110 Campus Avenue, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
Indulge in a delightful selection of Nordic cuisine, including Skagen Shrimp Salad, Gravlax, Danish Liver Pate, Bone Ham, Salami, Roast Beef Platter, Beetroot Salad, Pickled Cucumber Salad, Potato salad, Russian salad, Stuffed Eggs with Herbs and Anchovies, and a variety of crisp crackers, Rye bread, and Pumpernickel bread.
Savor the flavors of Swedish Meatballs, Jansson's Temptation, Danish Roast Pork, Braised Red Cabbage, Roast Potatoes, and Breaded fish fillet. Treat your taste buds to seasonal fruit platters, Baked Apple Pie with Vanilla Cream, Strawberry Shortcake, Danish Coffee Cake, and Aebleskiver.
During the event, you can enjoy traditional Nordic music, sing songs, and even participate in a dance around the maypole contest. The winning group will receive bragging rights and a bottle of wine.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request your registration in advance, as no walk-ins will be accepted. Remember, no-shows will be charged the full fee. Additionally, you can purchase additional raffle tickets on the day of the event, adding an extra layer of excitement.
