NordCham Philippines invites you to the Nordic Innovation Forum on 31 May 2022, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The focus of this forum will be on Agriculture and Energy Innovation.
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY AND INNOVATION
Innovative processes in agriculture allow the increase in productivity and profitability, advance consumption of nutritious food, and guarantee that practices are environmentally sustainable for future generations.
Our invited speakers will share their expertise and explore the relationships between innovation, productivity, and environmental sustainability.
RAPID INNOVATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF THE ENERGY SECTOR
There has been an increase in alternative energy sources, such as wind, solar, and water power. We see wind turbines on highways, solar panels on rooftops, and hydropower plants utilized in the last decades.
Renewal energy, however, is considered the fastest-growing energy source and will eventually compete with or beat fossil fuel sources when it comes to cost. Future sustainable energy solutions see the inclusion of nuclear energy in addition to renewables.
Our speakers will explore alternative energy solutions such as nuclear power and WtE.
