We at NordCham Philippines are looking forward to meeting business partners and friends again after more than a year of just seeing everyone through the screens. Some of our Directors and the NordCham team will be at the event, and this is your chance to meet them for the first time or see them again.


So we invite you on 5 August 2021, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM, for our NORDIC SUNDOWNER for an afternoon of watching the sunset while enjoying the different bayside spread and free-flowing drinks offered at The Food Truck by Sofitel.


Ticket Price: 2950PHP

Includes bayside spread featuring grilled favorites, sizzling platters, food truck fare, and free-flowing local beer, iced tea & soda.


Dress Code: As the event is at the alfresco area, we encourage everyone to dress casually.


Registration is required as seats are limited.


All Government regulations will be strictly followed.

Sofitel Dining Protocol Reminders:

1. In compliance with IATF Guidelines, we do not allow entry to

·         below 18 years old and over 65 years old (for minors and fully vaccinated persons over 65 years old – see no. 2A, 2B, 2C)

·         pregnant women

·         has immunodeficiency

·         has comorbidity

·         has health risks (guests may be subjected to medical assessment upon arrival)

2A. Fully vaccinated persons over 65 years old are allowed given that

·         date of visit must be two weeks after their final dose.

·         to declare upon reservation that they are over 65 years old 

·         to present vaccination card and valid ID upon entry

2B. Minors staying In-house are allowed given that

·     they provide a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours from date of visit

·     to declare upon reservation that they are below 18 years old

2C. Minors 5 years old and above are allowed in Sunset Bar (alfresco dining) supervised by an adult and must wear face masks.

3. Kindly bring a valid ID reflecting birthdate 

4. Social Distancing must be observed and wearing a faceshield & facemask is required

5. In compliance with Department of Health, All are required to fill-out a Health Declaration Form,
