Perspectives on Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship by NEBA & EITSC

The European Innovation, Technology, and Science Center Foundation (EITSC), North European Business Academy (NEBA) and NordCham Philippines invite you to join a discussion on Entrepreneurship / Intrapreneurship:

We are facing an employment environment today, where plenty – mainly young people – are trying to enter the labor market.

The problem: there are not enough new job opportunities to accommodate the people pressing into the labor market.

A possible solution: Entrepreneurship.

At the same time, we have good people in our organizations who may be dreaming about

entrepreneurship to gain more freedom to be creative in driving business forward.

The problem: we do not want to lose these employees but want them to take more

responsibility in driving the business.

A possible solution: Intrapreneurship.

The thinking behind NEBA is summarised in the name of the book NEBA founder Jouni Suonpaa wrote for all men and women who are thinking about starting a new business – "What Do You Have In your Hand?". The underlying thought is that you can always start with what you already have! The book contains practical lessons on how to discover possibility of being an entrepreneur and how to start your own business.
