Criteria Weighting:

Each criterion is assigned a weight to reflect its importance. Some criteria might be more crucial than others for a particular award.

Judging Panel: A diverse panel of judges with expertise relevant to each award category.

Score Calculation: Multiply the score for each criterion by its assigned weight and sum up the weighted scores to get a total score for each nominee.

Discussion and Consensus: After individual scoring, a discussion shall be held among the judges to clarify their evaluations and reach a consensus.

Transparency: As enumerated in this section, the scoring process is presented to nominees to show how they are evaluated.

Confidentiality: The scores and deliberations remain confidential until the winners are announced.

Tie-Breaking: In the event of a tie, each judge will cast an anonymous vote.
